In this guide we will help you to add your first session(s) to your Big Football Day Event.
- In the Events module, Click on the Event you want to add a session to,
- Click the 'Add new session' button (right side of Sessions)
- Choose the Status,
- Select the type of Activity this session will be from the drop down list.
- You can then choose the Date of your session, Session start time and Duration.
Please note:If you want to create multiple sessions, you will need to create separate sessions for each date. (When saving click 'Save and add another session' instead of save session.)
Also, the dates you have selected when creating your event are the only dates that will show in the session options. (As shown above, I have selected the dates: Fri 11 August 2023, Wed 23 August 2023 and Sun 27 August 2023, when creating the event)
If you need to add more dates, please go back to the event page and click 'Edit Event' (above the add new session button) - Select the Gender, Minimum/Maximum Age, Capacity (click '?' for more information) and Disabilities for the session.
- Lastly, click 'Save session' (in blue) if this is your only session, or choose 'Save and add another session' if you want to add another.
If you now go to the Event you have added the sessions to, you will see your session(s) listed.
