In this guide we will explain below what each different status means and when to use them. We also have a bit more info on how to use 'Direct link only', at the end.
When creating a new programme or editing an existing programme, you can choose from the different statuses shown below.
What the different Programme statuses mean:
Hidden
The programme is not available to anyone. Use this setting while you are making changes to avoid confusion.
Public
The programme will be available to all and will appear in search results.
Direct link only
The programme will not appear in search results, but will be available via direct links.
Archived
The programme is no longer available for your account and will be moved into your archived programmes.
How to use Direct Link only
If your Programme's status is set to direct link only, the link will show at the bottom of each session for you to copy and email/share with the players you wish to book.
Please note: You can share this by sending an email from the Programmes session. We have a guide to help you with this here: How to send an email from My Programmes
